Terms of Service

These terms explain how enquiries and bespoke orders with SirArt Global work — from quote to delivery.

By using this website and submitting an enquiry, you agree to the terms below. They are written to be clear and fair; if anything is unclear, ask us before you order.

Enquiries and quotes

The forms on this site are enquiries, not orders. Submitting one does not create a contract or take payment. We reply with details, a timeline and a price, and an order is only confirmed once we have agreed the specification and terms with you directly.

Bespoke, made-to-measure work

Every SirArt garment is made to measure — cut and sewn to the measurements and specification agreed with you. Because each piece is produced individually for you, accurate measurements and a clear brief are important. We take measurements at a free visit anywhere in Accra, or guide you through remote measurements; where you supply your own measurements, they are your responsibility and we cut to them.

Timelines

We aim to measure, sew and deliver standard bespoke garments within 24 hours in Accra. Detailed embroidery, beadwork or large coordinated orders may take longer; we agree the timeline with you before work begins. Delivery times for international couriers are estimates and depend on the carrier and destination.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted per enquiry and depend on the garment, fabric and finishing. Payment terms are agreed at the point of order. This website does not process online payments.

Delivery

We deliver door to door across Accra and courier worldwide to the diaspora. Finished pieces can also be collected, pressed and ready, from the Spintex Baatsona flagship showroom. Risk in a garment passes to you on delivery or collection.

Fittings, alterations and returns

Because garments are made to your measurements, we work with you to get the fit right, including reasonable adjustments where a piece does not sit as agreed. Bespoke, made-to-order items are not returnable simply because of a change of mind. Nothing in these terms affects rights you may have under applicable law for faulty work.

Fabrics and wholesale

Fabric colours and weaves — including authentic handwoven kente — can vary naturally between batches. For wholesale and trade orders, minimum quantities, lead times and pricing are confirmed in writing per order.
